3. BIR Tax Payment Deposit Slip

Procedures :

1. Authorized Liaison Officer, MAIDS/ walk-in individual applicant/ owner or authorized representative submits Custom Payment (CP) and other requirements and secure claim stub at W3 of Registration Section.
2. Authorized Liaison Officer, MAIDS/ walk-in individual applicant / owner or authorized representative presents claim stub and receives Payment Order Slip (POS)
3. Authorized Liaison Officer, MAIDS/ walk-in individual applicant / owner or authorized representative pays corresponding fees for payment of BIR CCMV at the Cashier Window.
4. Claims BIR CCMV at the Window.
